Ominous Dentistry
“Microsoft may say that the soda is free, but you’ll pay for it in the end.”
I found a new dentist in the Seattle area (conveniently located around the corner from my office building), and that was how my first appointment ended. Many soda-related lessons for the new Microsoft employee. Drink tea and coffee instead… stains are easier to fix than cavities. If you do drink soda, drink it all at once… sipping over time leaves your teeth swimming in sugar and acid. And, most horrifying, cavity fixing doesn’t fall under the 100% coverage in my dental insurance.
Man, screw the Veronica Mars horror movie… going to the dentist does it for me. I had so much fun I think I’ll go back tomorrow.
What about diet coke? I mean I get the sugar thing, but you know I have heard that DC cleans off rust. I always wondered what it does to my stomach, but hadn’t considered my teeth.

Well, they aren’t limiting my soda intake. Today… I had too many. But normally I’m trying to stick to one… two if absolutely necessary. Green tea or water otherwise.
